The recovery period usually varies from a minimum 48 hours (or 2 days) to about a week. A little time off from the routine work is recommended. If it’s not possible then you may want to wear a hat in case you are sensitive of your appearance. Sun and saltwater are the best healers and is highly recommended. Post surgery you may receive a hair band, some medications for pain relief and reduction in swelling.
